Giovanni Toletti, since 2006 is Associate Professor of Business Economics and Organisation at the Department of Management Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano where he has been Assistant Professor from 2001 to 2006. He teaches Strategy and Business Plan at MIP’s master programs and in other masters. He teaches Business Economics and Organisation at the Bachelor of Science in Automation and Control Engineering and in Electronic Engineering. Since 2017, he is the Director of the Specialising Masters Division at MIP, Politecnico di Milano’s Business School. From 2013 to 2018 he has been Human Resources Director and the Dean’s Delegate for Human Resources at MIP. From 2003 to 2013 he has been first Co-Director and then Director of the International full time MBA and then Director of the MBA Area at MIP. His research activities deal, on the one hand, with Renewable energies and Circular Economy and, on the other hand, with business planning in particular for startups and for companies changing their business model.
