Full professor of Mathematical Analysis at Politecnico di Milano. His research interests comprise degenerate elliptic-parabolic partial differential equations, Hörmander’s vector fields, and the theory of singular integrals. He is the author of scientific publications on international journals, research monographs, and fifteen textbooks for university and school. He collaborates with “Effediesse” Laboratory of Mathematics Education and Scientific Experimentation of the Department of Mathematics. He is involved in activities related to the formation of math school teachers and the popularization of mathematics.
